Jonas Greutert has extensive leadership experience in tech-driven industrial firms. Since January 2026, he leads the SKAN Group as Chief Executive Officer. Prior, he headed Product Inspection at Mettler-Toledo International. He holds a PhD in Computer Science, an engineering degree from ETH Zurich, and an MBA from Rochester.

Thomas Zinn has more than 25 years experience in sterile manufacturing. Working for Roche and Novartis, Thomas has been instrumental in producing vials and syringes, mainly blockbuster biologics and biosimilars as well as building and starting-up facilities.

Thomas is Head of ETH Zürich | Space, speaker, consultant, and board member. Formerly NASA’s longest-serving Head of Science (2016–2022) overseeing 130 missions, he was also a University of Michigan professor and founder of its Center for Entrepreneurship.

Saša Sokolić is Business Development & Sales Director at Metronik, part of the SKAN Group. With a PhD in electrical engineering and 30 years’ experience in life sciences automation, he drives innovation via IT/OT integration and smart manufacturing to modernize production processes.

Richard Denk has global expertise in aseptic processing and containment as Senior Consultant at SKAN AG, Switzerland. A recognized expert, he contributes to international industry bodies and regulatory initiatives, shaping standards for ATMP manufacturing, Annex 1, and advanced containment.

Kevin Kwasny is an engineer with expertise in pharma process development and scale-up. With nearly ten years in emerging markets like the Middle East and India, he has worked across Process Development, Sales, and Business Development, turning customer needs into pilot and commercial production solutions.

Francois Faul is Digital Solutions Manager at SKAN, guiding pharma companies on XR, VR, CFD, and Digital Twin to improve aseptic process design, engineering, and validation. With a master’s in Engineering and broad business experience, he creates tailored solutions for digital transformation.

Björn Glienke is an expert in Mixed Reality with over a decade of software development experience. He initiated XR at SKAN and develops next-generation digital machine interactions, including the XR Mockup for ergonomic evaluation of isolators.

Fabian Bihler has extensive experience in pharmaceutical and life sciences solutions. Working at SKAN, he has been instrumental in implementing advanced technologies, supporting customers in optimizing sterile manufacturing processes, facility efficiency, and innovative production workflows.
